Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dubai Yacht Experience services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A valid ID and contact information are required for all bookings
• The lead booker must be 21+ years of age

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at booking, balance due 48 hours before charter
• Full payment required for bookings made within 48 hours of charter date
• Prices are in AED and include yacht rental and basic crew services
• Additional services (catering, decorations, etc.) are charged separately

3. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• 72+ hours: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 48-72 hours: 50% refund
• 24-48 hours: 25% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Weather Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons due to weather
• Full refund or rescheduling offered for weather cancellations
• Weather decisions are final and made by the captain

4. Safety and Conduct

Safety Requirements

• All guests must follow crew safety instructions
• Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required
• Swimming is allowed only when authorized by crew
• No smoking in interior areas (designated deck areas only)
• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed

Prohibited Items and Behaviors

• Illegal drugs or substances
• Excessive alcohol consumption (crew may refuse service)
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward crew or guests
• Damage to yacht property
• Loud music after specified quiet hours

5. Liability and Insurance

Dubai Yacht Experience carries comprehensive insurance for the yacht and operations. However:

• Guests participate in activities at their own risk
• Personal belongings are not covered by our insurance
• Guests are liable for damages caused by negligence or misconduct
• We recommend guests obtain travel/activity insurance

6. What's Included

Standard Inclusions

• Professional crew (captain and crew members)
• Fuel for standard cruising
• Safety equipment and life jackets
• Basic sound system and yacht amenities
• Fresh water and ice
• Towels and basic bathroom amenities

Additional Services (Extra Cost)

• Catering and beverages
• Professional photography
• Decorations and event setup
• Water sports equipment
• Special excursions or extended routes

7. Age and Health Restrictions

• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
• Pregnant guests should consult physicians before booking
• Guests with mobility issues should inform us during booking
• Swimming and water sports have age and ability requirements

8. Photography and Privacy

• Dubai Yacht Experience may take photos for marketing purposes
• Guests will be notified if photography is for commercial use
• Guests may request not to be photographed
• Guest privacy and discretion are respected at all times

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, government restrictions, port closures, or emergency situations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation fails
• UAE courts have jurisdiction for legal proceedings

11. Modifications to Terms

Dubai Yacht Experience reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
